Homemade cream of parsley leaves and lemon (or cider vinegar) will help you to whiten and clean skin of dark spots, freckles and return you a healthy complexion.
Parsley is rich in vitamins and minerals, and its juice contains essential oils with a high content of potassium and manganese.
Herbalists recommend it as a remedy for fever, kidney disease, urinary tract infection, diabetes, inflammation of the eyes, and even impotence.
In cosmetics leaf of parsley has always been known for its whitening and regenerative properties. It perfectly removes redness, irritation and swelling, whitens skin, refreshes and tones.
It protects the skin from the appearance of wrinkles. It is excellent for the care of the delicate eye area. It helps to eliminate acne and blackheads.
You can easily prepare yourself lotion of parsley leaf and use it daily for facial care.
The lotion is recommended for oily and combination skin.
Ingredients:
*2 tablespoons of chopped parsley leaf (can be 2 tablespoons dry)
*1 teaspoon lemon juice or cider vinegar
*200 ml of water
Preparation:
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh (or dried) parsley leaf pour with 200 ml of boiling water and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool.
After that strain it and add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or cider vinegar.
Pour the mixture into a glass jar.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
After you create a new dose, or make a bigger deal in container and freeze for making ice cubes.
Use:
Use a lotion for facial skin in the morning and in the evening.
This homemade lotion is excellent for narrows pores, cleans and whitens skin.
Using it on a daily basis, but after a month, spots and stains from the face will disappear.
For eyes
If you want to eliminate dark circles and redness of the eyes, make the same lotion, or without the addition of lemon juice.
