  • One cup of apple cider vinegar, with mother in it (raw and unpasteurized)
  • One cup of ginger juice
    • Peel fresh ginger
    • Chop into small pieces
    • Put in a food processor or blender and blend till it becomes a fine puree
    • Strain with the help of a sieve, make sure all juice has been extracted by pressing with spoon
  • One cup of garlic juice
    • Peel fresh garlic
    • Blend it in a blender and make puree
  • One cup of lemon juice
    • Cut lemon into 2 pieces
    • Squeeze with hand or squeezer
    • Strain the juice using sieve
  • Mix them all and boil in low flame for at least 30-40 minutes, or until it reduces to 3 cups
  • Let the whole mixture cool
  • Now add 3 cups of natural honey
  • Transfer to a glass bottle or jar and keep it in fridge
  • Drink one tablespoon every morning before breakfast, for three weeks and then give a gap of one week
  • May be repeated every 6 months
