Insomnia and irregular sleeping patterns are usually caused by stress, anxiety, or depression.  The more and more you think about the things that bother you and the more you engage your mind into thinking, chances are lesser that you will fall asleep.
Other things that may affect your sleeping patter include taking antihistamines, pain-killers or blood pressure medications. Some of these medications initially make you feel drowsy, but they later disturb your rest by triggering frequent bathroom visits and anxiety.
No matter what causes your irregular sleeping patterns, something needs to change as soon as possible. Luckily, the recipe presented in this article will help you to put an end to this for good.
