Drinking 4 glasses of water, every morning, at 6AM, can make you healthier, more energetic and your body will be in top condition. You can drink the water as soon as you wake up, but studies have shown that 6 in the morning gives the best results. This ”trick” is also known as the Japanese water therapyand helps with many conditions and disease, like:
