Hot spices
Hot spices are a big no-no if you want to deflate your stomach and make it look flat and toned. They irritate your stomach, wreak havoc in your organism and cause acid reflux. Instead of hot spices go for milder ones which will give you the flavor without upsetting your stomach.
Milk
Milk should be avoided because it can make you feel bloated and swollen. Drink more yogurts or eat more cheese instead.
Salt
High intake of salt can dehydrate your body because salt contains sodium which is a huge water retainer. Try to avoid salt as much as you can or at least reduce your intake to the minimum.
Carbohydrates
Food rich in carbs like bread and pasta can also bloat your stomach and make it appear even bigger. Try to eliminate carbs and eat more proteins instead, your body will thank you.
Fruit
Everyone knows that fruit is extremely healthy and that it should be an irreplaceable part of your diet. However there is such a thing like too much fruit and all that fructose can upset your stomach. Try to eat apples and pear in normal amounts, not too much. Everything is good in moderation.
You’d also want to reduce the coffee, sugar and processed food intake because we all know how unhealthy they are. Eliminating them from your diet will get you on the right track to success.
