Everyone needs to drink more water, all need it to guarantee that our bodies keep working legitimately. Not just water, in our body we can bring and different liquids like juices and teas. In this article I will keep in touch with you 4 ways how and which, liquids you can enter in your body.Fresh Fruit in the water
If you want to drink more water, and you are not a big fan of drinking  water, you are needed to improve the taste of water, to make tastier drinking. To improve the taste of water add on the water some citrus fruits like lemons, limes and oranges. They are not just change the taste of the water; they are also making the water healthier. You can try with crushing fresh raspberries or watermelon into your water or you can add strawberry slices. I tasted on one place water with cucumber and fresh mint, the water was with more refreshing flavors.
More juice
Does not matter which fruit you will use to make juice, any fruit juice can be good for our body. You can make juice from cranberry, pomegranate and apple they are especially delicious. It is also important, that juices which you are make to be all from natural fruits, with no added sugars. Fruits and their juices don’t just taste good, they contain vitamins and antioxidants that can benefit your health too.
Herbal teas
The natural ingredients which come directly from nature like herbal, fruit, green, white, and red teas, is better for you than black teas or coffee, because they contain little or no caffeine. In nature you can find many types of herbs which you can use for making tea. Some of herbs which can use for making teas are:  Peppermint, Lavender, Rosemary, Hibiscus, Ginger, Chamomile and etc. But if you are not able to find natural herbals, you can buy in the store. In the store you find more herbals teas from different site on the world and you start researching the vast array of specialty teas.
Broths and soups
Taking more fluid in our body does not mean that it should be just water, juices and teas. The input of fluids in our body can be and with broths and soups.  If we use more soups and stews in our diet is also a good way to inject fluid. With this way input on fluids is important to choose broths and soups with low-fat and low-sodium for maximum health benefits.
