  1. Garlic
The usage of garlic never stops. It has anti bacterial and anti parasitic properties that is the reason why it is number one on this list.
You can use garlic in so many ways. Add it to your cooked dishes and if you are brave, you can even put it in your green juice.
  1. Black walnut nuts and hull
The nuts and green hulls of black walnut (Juglans nigra) possess the powerful ability to cleanse your blood and your intestines. Black walnut hull is effective in helping with fungal infections. The juice from the green hulls is the part that is used to kill parasites. Make sure to only use green hulls.

This is a herb that has powerful properties especially for your stomach, and intestinal worms. You can use it by adding  0.5 – 1 tsp to hot water and you have a cleansing tea ready.

Cloves are the unopened pink flower buds of the evergreen clove tree. The buds are picked by hand when they are pink and dried until they turn brown in color. Cloves are about 1/2-inch long and 1/4-inch in diameter and with their tapered stem, they resemble tiny nails. In fact, their English name is actually derived from the Latin word clavus, which means nail. Although cloves have a very hard exterior, their flesh features an oily compound that is essential to their nutritional and flavor profile. The easiest way to grind whole cloves into a powder is to use a coffee grinder.
  1. Thyme
This is great herb. This is the best for your immune system. It can kill parasites in your digestive system and eliminate a lot of them in every part of the body.
You can use thyme in practically any dish you’d like along with marjoram, rosemary, oregano and other spices. You may also just use it dry or fresh.
  1. Oregano Oil

It is typically used for intestinal cleanses (note that it may irritate your lungs if inhaled).
For internal parasites, you can use diatomaceous earth orally. Start with 0.5 tsp, gradually working up to 2 tbsp mixed with 4 ounces of water. Take it in on an empty stomach followed by 8 ounces of water immediately and continue to drink lots of water during the day.
