Sciatica can be really painful, sometimes is even unbearable and can interferes with your daily activities and make you feel exhausted. Many, as solution to this problem take massaging on the sore spot but we all know that it is only a short term solution.


Sciatica is characterized by pain in the body that is innervated by n. ischiadicus. N ischiadicus is the largest nerve in the human body which starts from the lower back area and ends towards the lower leg and foot. If you want quickly to remove the pain you can use this amazing trick. All you need is tennis ball.
Tennis ball therapy can successfully reduce the pain of sciatica. Place the ball past the muscle where the pain is felt. If the affected area is larger you of course can use 2 tennis balls. Move your body slowly, so that the ball can move itself around the area of the muscle. Press and hold the ball on the most painful place around 20 seconds.
You can also reduce the pain of sciatica if you eat spicy food. Spicy foods such as chili peppers will reduce the inflammation and release the nerve pressure.
