The foods you consume on a daily basis goes a long way in determining your body’s pH level, if you consume large amounts of processed and refined foods daily then you are more than likely to increase the acidity in your body. With your acidity increased you are open to a number of infections and diseases such as diabetes and even cancer.







You Need An Alkaline Diet
When you consume acidic foods your body naturally releases alkaline-rich minerals such as magnesium, calcium and phosphorus into your bloodstream to compensate for the acid build up in your body. The sad truth us that if we don’t consume sufficient amounts of alkaline-forming foods the body will derive these minerals from your organs, bones and teeth thereby leading to a weakened immune system and fatigue making you susceptible to infections.

These fruits have a pH level of 8.0 which help to alkalize your body and in the process neutralize the acidity in your body. You should try spreading some avocados on your sandwich and toast or eat it in your salad.
  • Cayenne Pepper
It has a pH level of 8.5 and it is an excellent antibacterial spice that helps boost brain function, circulation, eliminate toxins from your body and lower your blood pressure.
  • Asparagus
