IN practice being lazy isn’t good for you. It will slow down your burning process and the fats are going to collect on you.
There are certain benefits of being lazy so you sometimes can afford it. We are not telling you to spent your life n the sofa lying and complaining about life and saying that laziness is good for you, but sometimes it is.
In addition are the benefits.
- Laziness is natural
Everyone is lazy sometimes, so this is declared as natural. Laziness is necessity that every human being needs. In fact, in the winter, our bodies produce more melatonin, which makes us feel sleepy. In the summer, the heat prevents us from being too active, lest we get heat stroke.
- Lower blood pressure
If we had a bad and stressed day, we are having extra negative energy in our organism. BY the negative energy out blood pressure is going to be very high and laziness will control our blood pressure and make it lower.
- Improves workout
If you are lay you won’t allow yourself to spent a whole day working some exercises. Instead of the whole day working, you are going to spent little time but it would be effective few hours.
- Increases creativity
Laziness is going to make you think because, you won’t do anything else. Y laying down on your bed will stimulate the creativity in you, so the results are going to be a better you and better creative person from you.
- strengthens problem solving skills
All this thinking can also lead you to a solution for some issue that’s been nagging you. By giving yourself time to think it through, you might be able to come up with a way to solve it.
Other times, simply letting a problem sit can make it work out on its own.
This won’t always be the case, and being uninvolved isn’t always the issue, but taking some time can help you determine if it’s a problem that needs your intervention, or if you can let it go.

When you give your mind some time to wander, you not only get creative, but philosophical, too.
You might start thinking about any manner of complex, important issues, and maybe you’ll even come up with some new ideas about them.
Just like with creative and time-saving ideas, getting a little philosophical as you lounge can help you think about things in a new and different way, and maybe have a better understanding of your own beliefs.

This is something similar to meditation. It will make you to appreciate the present and make you put some flowers in the garden for better smell and relax in the sofa.
